Pre-contractual notice on right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal – Information Notice
The Consumer is entitled to withdraw from any contract concluded pursuant to these general conditions of sale, without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days since the product has been delivered or if several products on one order are delivered separately from the date the last product was received.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer has to notify the decision to Barbed S.r.l., before the expiration of the deadline mentioned in the previous point, through the contact form or by sending a clear statement via e-mail at shop@barbed.it with the withdrawal form properly filled out.
Following what is specified in the previous point, the Consumer will receive an email confirmation containing the return form to be included in the package, and the instructions to proceed with the return of the product, to be sent to:

If the Consumer has received the product, he/she is required to return it to Barbed Srl without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the withdrawal was notified. The deadline complies with the terms if the goods are sent back within the period of 14 (fourteen) days. The risks and the direct costs of the goods returning will be at the expense of the Consumer. Barbed does not account for the damages or theft/loss of items returned without insurance.
If the Consumer withdraws from the contract all payments received will be refunded, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from the possible choice of another type of delivery than the least expensive offered and any customs duties and/or other tax sales), without undue delay and, in any case, not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the exercise of the withdrawal. These refunds will be carried out through bank transfer, unless the consumer requires the refund via a different mean of payment, in this case the Consumer for any additional costs arising from the different mean of payment. Refund may be suspended until the receipt of the goods or until the Consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
The Consumer is liable for any value’s reduction of the goods resulting from the different manipulation than the one necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, scratch, deformation, burns etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels and tags intact and attached to the product), unaccompanied by the instructions / notes / manuals, the original packaging and guarantee certificate, if any, the Consumer will respond to the decrease of the asset value, and will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual price of product. For this purpose the Consumer is asked to not manipulate the good beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same and to use the original packaging of the Products with additional protective packaging that will preserve the integrity and protect it during transport.
